What a surprise. From the outside this hotel blends in with the surrounding buildings, but inside was an absolute delight. It's like stepping 150 years back in time. The room was more like an apartment, with 2 bedrooms and a huge separate lounge. All the decor seemed to fit in, taking you back to earlier times. A good breakfast was included as well. It's a pity we only stayed one night.

Lovely old building in a quiet area, but easily walkable to city centre. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it looked very good. The rooms were spacious, king-sized beds, and the mini-fridge included complimentary drinks.

The motel owners have really thought about guest needs even down to an umbrella and a shoe horn. The room was warm and cosy as it was cold outside. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Great waffle maker. Excellent overnight stay near the autobahn which cannot be heard. Nice village. Good information file to direct us to a restaurant for dinner. Safe parking. Lovely flower pots. I think the motel would be nice in summer especially as it has a swimming pool.
