We have been on holiday to Nieheim three times now, and...
We have been on holiday to Nieheim three times now, and always love it and can't wait to come back! I can't understand why more people from the UK don't holiday there (lots of Dutch and German tourists though). Beautiful countryside, very peaceful, historic town with beautiful buildings, and a great public outdoor swimming pool. Perfect for walking and cycling. Against stereotypes, our teenage girls love it as it is so charming. And you can get there by train from the UK without too much difficulty.

The personnel is very warm hearted. The room is very clean and in nice size. Although the style is a bit outdated but suits the surroundings. The breakfast is not huge but you have all that you expect at breakfast buffet. The location is extremly quiet and no light polution at all! Parking is right in front of the hotel.
