It's all about the outlet shopping.
It's all about the outlet shopping. It's very nicely integrated into an existing small town, very tidy and respectful of pedestrians. The best outlet in Europe still, in my opinion.
The restaurants are so-so, and some of the better reviewed ones are quite a walk from the hotel; and most are closed on Sundays, as the outlet is also closed then

It is a great city for shopping, very small town with the best shops. If you want to get the best stuff on cheaper prices, this is the city to go. I think one day was enough for shopping, but some more days would have been nice just to look around as well.

The outlet city is superb. It is beautifully laid out and seems to offer all brands, but visibly with considerable discounts. Not many hotels to choose from. Lots of multi storey car parks for parking.

I didn't see what the excitement was about... It's a VERY big shopping area with all the famous names but we couldn't really find too much and the prices were not all that attractive.
But it depends what you are looking for.
The hotel was extremely expensive for a very old run down building, the sofa bed broke at night and everything was very dated. On the plus side the rooms were big and the bathroom was clean, location also close to the outlet centre.
The location is ideal for shopping in Metzingen. The property itself has everything you would need and was very clean and felt very fresh. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Excellent value for money, will definitely recommend.
Very nice for vac and z hotel have beautiful view on lake+forest
Breakfast was continental .

Near by a lot of interesting side seen and attraction.
Me and my wife had a good vac time.
the location is great. we were there early August and the weather was hot. rooms do not have air conditioning and this was the only problem. staff are very friendly and we loved the stay. the hotel has its own car parking
The hotel is very close to the outlet! The staff were nice and helpful. It's a big plus to have an elevator in the hotel. It's worth paying for the breakfast as there are many choices and it's of high quality.
Located at the centre of outlet city, very convenient for shopping. No hotel parking but can park in outlet underground parkhaus.
Very clean as hotel has just opened. Staff are friendly and so kind.
The place is very well located in the center and walking distance to the outlets shopping area. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Excellent for a short shopping break.
This was an apartment so we made our breakfast. The location was central and close to the shopping mall. If you are here for Outlet Shopping it is a perfect place to stay.
Great location in a small quiet town and a nice little walk away from the outlet city. Very spacious rooms, rates were much better than the hotels in and around the area.
