We arrive very late at night due to traffic in Dover and manager told us that we can stay as long as we want even though we should leave at 11 am . Everything was perfect. We always stay in the hotel near Hannover but this one is definitely one of the best.

We missed the sightseeing because of the tight schedule, but the whole region is just awesome. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with many choices, we really loved it. The staff was polite and useful. They provided us dinner, despite the fact we come little be late for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

My spouse forgot his tooth brush and the hotel provided him with a spare one they had in stock. One colleague did apologize for the miscommunication provided by her manager.
