Herdwangen Shonag is a very small village that does not offer easy walk-in shopping. However if you are motorized there are fantastic farms nearby that sell fresh produce. The landscape is pristine and the church tower still rings the hours! I used public transport- which was very convenient- and mostly visited the lake area but I really appreciated the return to the countryside at night! Dining mostly in Uberlingen.BeatriceUnited States of America
