The house itself is an old, authentic German Altes Land building, thatch roofed, that has preserved inside initial architecture and furniture. Breakfast is served in old porcelain plates and tableware, the visitor enjoys a travel back in time. The location near Hamburg, the quietness, the free parking, the WiFI (it may not be the best for modern mobile phones, but it works perfectly with laptops). The clean snow-white bed linen and towels. Nice host, very good communication with her.

Nice spot overlooking the park. Friendly staff. Within a few minutes walk of a GREAT Greek restaurant. Convenient for a meeting in the area the next morning, little traffic. All very reasonable for the price.

We liked most that the room/apartment was spacious and enough beds for a family with 3 children. It is always a challenge to find properties which accommodate 2 grownups and 3 children. It’s also easy to find, free parking and many shops close by. The hosts are warm and welcoming people and I wish we would have stayed longer :-D
