It is near the Bio Campus convenient if you have business there, near the motorway but not right next to it, not too far from the city center if you have a car, but you can also take a bus to the u-bahn or walk 30mins through a beautiful forest to get to the u-bahn stop. The forest and the meadows around Martinsreid are great for runners. The hotel caters for vegan & gluten free diets. It is possible to sleep with the window open which is nice in summer. The rooms were nice & clean.

They will have a spa and a rooftop with swimming pool, but they are currently building this. We traveled on a weekend, so we were not disturbed by any works. The breakfast was a really good buffet breakfast with a variety of food. The hotel has a designer look and feel, somewhat minimalist which one may like or not. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, at the limit of the city, but was safe. Although would not go for a walk there after nightfall.peterBelgium
