This place is awesome on so many levels. The proximity of the railway station combined with 9-euro ticket makes whole Berlin available at hand. And the neighborhood looks tempting too, this time we were mostly focused on Berlin, but we already think about coming back to explore Falkensee (and Potsdam) area on bike

I have been in 4-start hotels and all kinds of air bnb, this one is out of my expectation. It's super clean and warm (especially in bathroom) with comfortable bed. It's equipped with all the things I need in kitchen! The train station is only around 17 mins walking distance, where you can take a direct train to Berlin. Meanwhile I also saw a bus station around the studio.
