The staff is very friendly and professional and the hotel itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. I was very impressed and have booked a room for another week. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and in a cozy and cultured setting. The room was lovely and very quiet. The owners and staff were very helpful and kind. It was a great pleasure to stay here. The walk down the hill into the town was actually easy and relatively short.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the Bad Kissingen train station. It has nice rooms that are extremely comfortable and private. The bathrooms are also quite spacious and well appointed. The hotel has a restaurant that serves very decent food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast is what you would expect in a good German hotel. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
