The forest around is amazing, there are a lot of pedestrian...
The forest around is amazing, there are a lot of pedestrian circuits and also for cycling. The city is very small though and there are not much restaurants around, you need to book well before. The Kalikut restaurant is to be tested. The city nearest Gengenbach is nice to visit. Kehl is also at 17 kilometers from Durbach and Offenburg historic center is nice.

There was always plenty of bread, fresh croissants, cheeses, meats fruits and yoghurt. Eggs and bacon were available every day. The pool and sauna was very well maintained. The room was fresh and modern. Two rooms on our floor were being renovated, so this might be a work in progress. All-in-all, a very nice modern hotel.
