As a town that was once the centre of glass bead and jewellery making, Jablonec has so much history. The architecture is beautiful with great examples of Jugendstil and Art Deco buildings. The Museum of Glass and Jewellery is well worth a visit. The town is friendly and the local restaurants are good. The reservoir offers a nice place to walk not too far from the city and the surrounding forests are wonderful for hiking. Jablonec is a good base to have while exploring the surrounding area.

The room was very spacious, bright, well equipped and had a very large bathroom. The breakfast was very rich varieded and delicious. The full body oil massage was fantastic. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The wifi was excellent. My partner found the bed a bit too hard, for me it was excellent.

It's retro atmosphere is entirely a time capsule, with stylish fittings and furniture. The staff is extremely nice and the breakfast is just the perfect way to start the morning.
