    Molt bona ubicació. Està molt a prop de l'estació de trens i autobusos. (El cap de setmana la informació dels busos està tancat) Es pot anar caminant. És una habitació molt nova i còmode. Hi ha una cuina elèctrica al passadís per escalfar menjar, s'encén pitjant primer el cadenat seguretat, després el d'encès. Es un lloc tranquil i molt agradable. És un molt bon lloc per estar, perquè des de Ceske Budejovice pots fer cada dia excursions a Chesky Krumlov, Trebon (zona de llacs, Jindrichuv Hadrec, etc.
