I loved the ambiance and the decoration. It was a very cozy place. Every facility included. The landlord was always available. We arrived and booked last minute in the night and she was so kind to answer all our inquiries and lead us to our apartment.
Once in the apartment, we were very surprised. Everything clean and tidy. Very well and modern decorations.
We had Tea, Coffee and Sugar to use, also in the fridge there were drinks and snacks to consume for a low price.
I felt better than in a hotel.
Totally recommendable. One of the best accomodations I have been in Cyprus.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The apartment had a delightful full kitchen, living room and nice bedroom and bath. A balcony with a great view of the city.

Location undoubtedly is very good. Close to some of the best eating outlets and shops.
Breakfast was elaborate. Can be improved though. A bit overpriced.

A nice, friendly part of town, with the University of Nicosia and many restaurants, stores and a shopping mall (28th October Street). I ate at Crepe Land - very tasty food for good prices! :) Zorbas is also there, with fresh bakery products, cakes, milk etc.
