A quiet and lovely small village.
A quiet and lovely small village. There are no restaurants or convenience stores in the village itself but there are plenty restaurants in 20 minutes drive and a super market in 5 minutes drive. It is convenient for nice walks in nature and around the village. The village has also a nice small winery.demetrius1970Greece - 10Scored 10
The local host Stella was very welcoming and friendly.
The local host Stella was very welcoming and friendly. She invited us for drinks on the first evening - all made from her own grapes. She also invited us to take part in the grape harvest with her family, which was a great experience. The village is quiet, but with easy access to a local supermarket only 10 minutes drive away. We spent our time walking on some of the local nature trails and visiting some of the painted churches in the Troodos mountains, many of which can be reached easily from the cottage.
