Free laundry on premises and great rooftop terrace. Staff were pretty friendly, though we didn’t interact much. Pretty good location in the ancient town, a bit farther from the touristy main streets, but closer to trendy restaurants and bars. The hostel provided unlimited bottled water and the room was very clean and cute. Pretty good value for a very inexpensive hotel.

The service was exceptional, the staff were all friendly, considerate and helpful. The view of Erhai from our balcony was wonderful and relaxing. The Chinese breakfast was simple but very tasty and included the option of the local specialty "Mi Xian". Our stay was overall very refreshing.
