We were moved into an adjoining independent set of rooms, with a kitchenette and outdoor terrace instead of the guesthouse. The location is very good. Close to the stairs to the beach, and to shops, and surrounded by little garden with views of hills and lots of humming birds. Simple. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful, brought everything we needed including a small grill.

The house is a historical treasure that is situated in a perfect spot for gorgeous views and easy access to the beach and nature sanctuary in Zapallar. The caretaker, Jairo, communicated clearly and quickly to any questions we had. He also allowed us to have flexible check in and out times. He made sure we had everything we needed in our room and during our stay, providing access to the living and dining area as well. He offered us a snack in the evening and a delicious breakfast the next morning. He was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
