We have stayed at other Romantik properties and this one, Sternen was wonderful as well. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as we arrived late and were still able to get a table in the restaurant. Breakfast was very good as well!

Thevowner is very friendly, our room was large and comfortable with a great shower. The food as the restaurant was also great, especially the breakfast with local honey and jam. We are happy we chose this place to stay on our hike, we would absolutely come again!
It’s strategically located between Bern and Basel. The mountainous setting adds a special effect and there is a parking lot too. The town is small and there’s a supermarket to buy some food. The room has everything including a functioning kitchen. It’s clean and spacious. You won’t get the space in a hotel. Heater and hot water were also working. Communication with owner was also good.
