Perfect location in the picturesque village, a short downhill walk to the station, shops, and the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in this historic hotel. Lovely outside seating area where you can enjoy a drink in the sunshine, accompanied by the church bells. Attractive bar and restaurant area, plenty of choice at breakfast. The breakfast is very simple considering the charge. The rooms are spacious, although a bit dated. Wifi works great. I had a room on the side of the street, where the hotel also has a small terrace for dining/drinks. Unfortunately, this makes a lot of noise and the rooms are not very soundproof.

It’s in a great location, right opposite the train station (Horgen) and the rail system is pretty easy to use. You can also get buses just outside. The internal decor is also beautiful.
