방이 청결하고 침대가 편안하였다. 스위스 호텔답게 관리가 잘 되어있었고 아침 식사도 좋았다, 예약을 하니 호텔에서 Basel Visitorcard를 무상으로 다운로드 받는 링크를 보내주어서 이 모바일 카드를 이용했는데 바젤의 버스와 트램 등을 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 편리했다. 트램 역이 호텔 바로 옆에 있어서 시내 관광하기 아주 편했다. 호텔 빌딩 주차장은 20 CHF 이었는데, 체크아웃 후에도 시내 관광을 대중교통으로 마치고 돌아올 때까지 주차할 수 있게 해 주어서 좋았다.
