Our room was great with the separate little living room/kitchen area. Breakfast was good for the value.

Very attractive location and view. Quiet and private. (We were in a chalet - can’t give any opinions on the lodge).

We booked 2 rooms via booking.com and we were able to finish the booking. Halfway on our trip to the hotel, they called us to advise that there’s only one room available. They booked us with another hotel which was way more expensive.

The hotels location is ideal, not far from restaurants, shopping. Very easy to get to hotel, staff recommended The Spot in New Glasgow for supper and it did not disappoint, great atmosphere, great staff and awesome food
We decided to stop for a night en route to Newfoundland from PEI. My daughter really wanted a hotel with a pool and this one seemed drivable to the North Sydney Ferry in the morning. We arrived, swam before and after supper. And got up in time for free breakfast in the morning. Pool was fun, room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good! It was located near shops and restaurants. I would stay again!
The hotel was ok. But,I can readily tell you what I did not liked. There were children running in the hall way even up until 2 pm. I paid for a bed to get a good night's sleep and was kept awake all night as I had to be up at 4 am. I have never experienced this in an hotel stay was unsure as to what to do. I did not feel that I got my money's worth for the stay.
Having a pool was a huge reason why we booked this hotel. It was on the smaller side but the waterslide didn't disappoint. Comfortable beds. It was nice to see a hotel being environmentally friendly using large pump bottles of shampoo and soap instead of individual. AC was a definite benefit it was a really hot weekend.
Very nice pool, nobody was there when we went so it was perfect. We didn't spent much time in the hotel other than that but the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice as well. Especially the worker at the pool who turned the waterside on for us then later asked about it in the hall. Very nice.
First time staying in a Holiday Inn Express. Pleasantly surprised with cleanliness, service, and well-appointed rooms. Beds were firm (which is a must for us), and clean. Bathroom was also clean and comfortable. Would stay in these hotels in the future. Breakfast was hot and varied for us.
This hotel is just off the highway and far enough from busy local traffic. Pizza shop and pet food store right across the street if your travelling with pets. It is also close to other restaurants and the shopping mall. Super clean and friendly!
The breakfast variety was nice. The type of amenities were good. (Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in pump bottles, not a travel sized tiny bottle like as most hotels.). They provided us with a baby crib for free use.
Wonderful staff, pleased with the room. Hotel was relatively easy to get to from the highway. Ample parking for visitors. Located very close to Wellness Centre. Ideal for anyone attending events there from out of area.
The hotel well maintained with good access to the city center and TCH. There are plenty of parking spaces, the Wi-Fi is good and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
