Very clean and comfortable. A little spooked with hearing rapid knocking - thought it was my door or through the walls. The reception was delightful. Didn't give full rating as dealings prior to actual arrival are still to be determined. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast; that it was even available before the time I needed to leave. This historic home was done with excellent taste and attention to periodic details. It truly is an impressive early 1900s mansion. Views of the water and the local harbour are beautiful, even in winter. Our host and her family were courteous and welcoming while also respectful of our privacy.
