The staff were very polite and useful. There were many ants in one room, and in the bathroom there needed some repairs of broken facilities. We were walking around but there weren't any shops near the hotel. The hotel is good for taking a rest on a journey to some destination, it is very close to the highway, but I don't recommend it for a long stay.

There was nothing wrong with this room. It had enough electric outlets for laptop use & the internet connection was great. We would certainly stay there again when in Plovdiv.

The location is very convenient, there is parking, the room was well cleaned and arranged. A big enough room, there was complimentary water, a hairdryer was left in the wardrobe. It has the necessary amenities.
