One of the ladies on reception was really nice, the other ones I would say lack some knowledge of how to attend customers. It is not that they had bad intentions, they just communicate things in an undiplomatic manner.

Arte has superb food and a spa. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty, and there is a wide range of meals. I especially like desserts there since they are exceptional. The spa center provides many facilities of perfect quality as well.

The pool was wonderful. I like also the outside pool. In the Spa, I enjoyed very much the Lapidarium and the infra-red sauna. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful - a good variety of food.

It was a little bit of a traveling in time, back to the old times... We personally liked it, the hotel is charming, the food is hearty, traditional and local. The staff was nice and the pools were good.
