Emil and Maria are amazing hosts. They have their hands on every detail for your stay. The house is extremely clean, well organized, you have everything you need and if you don’t, they are available for you. Their house is designed for relaxation and convenience. We cooked at home multiple times and had everything we needed. The terrace is amazing. Emil even started a wood fire for us. They provide a separate mini fridge for each room in their home and each room has its own private bathroom. Truly, I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Devin.

Charming small town in the heart of the Rodopi mountain. Great place for short or long holiday. Child friendly eco path Struilica. I don’t recommend the waterfall for small children unless you want to carry them on your back 20 min up the hill and same down. We made that mistake and the parents and the children had to skip the beauty of the remaining path which they could have easily walked. Nice swimming pool with hot mineral water at the beginning of the eco path. We ate at Royal restaurant- the prices were good and food was tasty. First of all, Devin has a unique culinary scenery.
First of all, Devin has a unique culinary scenery. Second, it's a perfect starting point for nature experiences - there are caves nearby including Devil's Throat Cave, in which is the highest subterranean waterfall on the Balkans and Yagodinska cave, which is 10 km long and is a home to 11 species of bats. Nearby is the Trigrad Gorge, which is a canyon with vertical marble rocks up to 400 m high. Pamporo ski resort is also not far away. The town is also a home to many mineral water springs, and a few km away there is a natural carbonated water spring.

GO to the Rodopa Mountain and you’ll fall in love with it! Devin is a perfect place (location-wise) to stay as a hub to visit all the places worth seeing. For a four-five day stay you can do short trips to almost all places on your “to do” list.

It is a place from where you can easily reach Yagodinska cave, Devil's throat cave, Trigrad, Eagle's eye etc. We had no time to enjoy the mineral springs but the nature around was definitely beautiful!

There is a spacious kitchen with a stove, fridge and a kettle, lots of kitchenware, places to make grill and a big common dining area. I also had a small fridge in my room. Everything is clean and neat. The look from the balcony was gorgeous, you can enjoy all the night sky and stars. The window has mosquito net. Though I stayed in summer - I saw the central heating inside the room for a winter period. The hosts were helpful.
