We had a lovely stay. Location is great, room was very comfortable with great bed. Breakfast was very good. Laurent was very attentive. I mean, I’m definitely booking again when I come to Tongeren.

it lacks hotel service, rooms were not cleaned daily, no fresh towels daily, closed on sunday to our horror....we didnt know this and came back form Luik and hotel was closed...... no room service and when you go to dinner everyone is in their bathrobe ;-)
its a beautiful spa and with a little attention they can grade up the service to become a hotel. but now its not really a hotel....more like a spa with a few rooms. we told them this in a friendly way and they said we would hear from them but no........

It was quiet, comfortable and bathroom very clean. Reception change the room I had been allocated when they I had a breathing problem and couldn’t cope with second floor by stairs and no lift due to renovations .it was nice to have a multi channel tv unlike my stay a few days before. Bathroom floor had a nasty creak! No problem having my dog with me .
