Staff of hotel Diego very helpful in directions and the lady on duty may 14 afternoon ( I forgot the name) was very very helpful specially with the adaptor she loaned us 1 because our universal won't work on our first day/night stay. Superb location - very close to the center & close to the train station - and generally very comfortable rooms, albeit on the small side. Staff was helpful and attentive and cleared up a mistake straight away. Overall, had everything we needed and for us, the pros clearly outweighed the cons for a short-term stay.
