Hotel had it's own parking lot which was free. Room was quite spacious and there was a fridge and a big desk. Bathroom was clean & nice and shampoo, soap etc was available. The location was optimal for us as we arrived by car and wanted to hit the road early in the morning.

The family room is nice and spacious, well-equipped, and nicely renovated. The bathroom is modern with a big bath, and there is a nice view from the room. There is ample space available for parking the car. There is a fabulous restaurant where the food was delicious and very fresh! Everything was made from scratch and well-prepared. The service was amazing, and I couldn't fault anything.

Nice hotel and clean. Room was lovely. Staff need coaching and more attention to be given to customers. They tend to ignore customers and do not respond to you if you speak a foreign language. Not conducive to good customer service. Did mention this to the Hotel Front Office Manager who was on duty morning of 9 September. Very polite and well mannered. Need more of these kind of people manning your counters.

Conveniently placed off the motorway, parking for large vehicles no problem. We were placed in rooms on the 4th floor, the sloping ceilings left half the room unusable. With only a ceiling window. We stayed in the middle of December, the room was very cold on arrival. The hotel was not busy. So I’m not sure why we had the worst rooms in the hotel. The shower was little more than a dribble. The bed was comfortable though. Food and bar service was fantastic. With an attentive barman, he made the stay much more pleasant.

The hotel was a miracle of the week of traveling! The rooms have good designers ideas and quality of room items (high quality sound system, furniture, etc.). The hotel has a high level of digitalization and everything is organized using the digital codes avoiding extra personnel involvement. The breakfast is highly recommended. It is a kind of restaurant art ) especially, on the terrace with the river view

The access to the hotel is in an industrial area, but do not let it put you off. The room is large and has a very large projected screen. The room is modern and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was served in the room - could be on the terrace - but this day was a little too cold. Breakfast was excellent. The terrace was large with a good view on the canal.

Great rooms, free parking and the included breakfast was better than in most 4 star Hotels. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We arrived quite late and normally the restaurant kitchen was already closing but we still got a nice Meal for dinner. We will come again....

The hotel was very good! Besides the fact that we were given a wrong room (1 double instead of a triple), which was fixed immediately, the room was good. There were cleaning stuff available.The breakfast was great! Recommended!

Very easy to find, good location from workplace, better to book a furnished appartement than a hotel for long stay. In Mathilda 3 appartement everything was furnished, it is VERY spacious, and easy to park. I recommend.
