Hotel room was huge , view of the Dinant citadel was the best part of the hotel.
It has so many windows which made it look more beautiful

What not to love? A proper Chateau (more than one to be honest) in a beautiful hilly location with a lake at the feet of the hill. Developed in a quirky yet fashionable and suitable way. Lovely place to stay with a great pool and lots of things to do. Lovely food and very nice atmosphere. Both the kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We mainly picked it because it had a heated outdoor pool - had promised the kids a swim, but it also offered nice walks and many other things to do. They even have a tree house you can stay in, mini Chateau's (gite) and other quirky places to stay. Loved it.

This place is located in the middle of nature. The domaine itself with the pools and sauna’s etc is exceptional. Great for kids and parents as well.

The location is great - 10-15 mins walk from the very city center.
Breakfasts are highly recommended. Self-made waffles, fresh orange juice, good choice of cold snacks, pretty standard choice of hot dishes (omelets, sausages).
We also enjoyed an amazing view, terrace and nice bar in the lobby of the hotel.
Parking was also very convenient, we did not experience any problems with finding a parking slot.

I've had the pleasure of writing reviews for La Fête au Palais before, and I am always happy to do so, because I keep going back to stay - which is probably the best way to praise this wonderful place. The owners are very charming and helpful, and the food, if you use the restaurant, always good. Breakfast is excellent, and if you are keen to try Belgian beers, then this is the hotel for you - a very wide choice indeed.
