The water garden cottage we stayed in was so quiet, private with our own personal waterfall. The cottage itself was cosy and warm. The spa was spacious and luxurious. You have everything you need if you wish to eat in the cottage.

The home was lovely and clean and cosy. Everything we could have needed was there, including bikes for adventures, and the host was very easy to deal with. Communication was easy.

Lovely little spot in the country, great view, quiet and super comfy accomodation. Our lovely hosts had set up the open fire outside every night which was the perfect way to end a day of exploring the area.
Would stay again for sure!
Absolutely everything. The view was amazing, facilities met and exceeded every expectation, super easy check in, free parking and overall great set up. Shops as well as lots of beautiful places to check out are nearby.
Clean big bathroom with double walk-in shower, comfortable bed, super cozy living room with an awesome spa bath, and a gas fireplace. Kitchen with everything you may need and a little Weber BBQ on the veranda.
There were even snacks in the cupboard, wine in the minibar and champagne in the fridge for purchasing if needed.
Everything.
The place is spacious, clean and homely. The breakfast hamper was lovely and plentiful. Short walking distance to Yarra Junction CBD, where there's a supermarket and many cafes and eateries. Many other Yarra Valley towns and tourist sights within easy driving distance. Julie was very hospitable and helpful.
the property is clean and comfortable, located central to central Yarra Junction. A great place for a weekend or 10 days as we had.
the hosts are fantastic and great to deal with. Julie and Brian made the stay effortless and provided food for a full mornings breakfast.
I would recommend 3 Kings B&B to anyone
Spacious and warm during winter with both heating and a wood fire. Very private and views of the valley were amazing. 5 mins from town and central to many different areas for tourist things. Amazing place to relax, wish we’d stayed longer!
We loved our stay at the Junction. The house was clean and comfortable and the view of the countryside was great. We liked being close to Yarra Junction shops and had fun exploring Warburton and surrounding areas too.
