Great location. We attended a memorial service for family member at the Royal Yacht Club. Parking was hit and miss for both accommodation and event but luckily it worked okay for us. Great pub across the road from Simmers. Good pub grub too. Many food choices close by. Simmers provides quiet (barely hear street traffic or other guests), clean accommodation and big space for a night in.

Everything, it was beautiful, the rooms were modern and the view was superb, the gym and workout room was clean and functional. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and they had a omelette station. The hotel was a great location, near everything. The staff were very lovely and helpful. 100% I’d stay here again!!

I liked that we were right in the CBD close to China town restaurants and bars. Free tram 500m down the road. Was very disappointed with the room on the 7 floor no view at all. We arrived in April and was looking forward to swimming in the pool and going to the gym to find out both were out of order. Dale the manager on 100% made our stay by up grading us to a new room on the 17 floor (view of the city) and gifting us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Thanks Dale for making our stay way much better. $21 for all you can eat breakfast but make sure you book this in before 10pm the night before other wise you want get it at that price.
