Location of the hotel was perfect since it was across the street from tram station. Therefore you could easily get anywhere in the city. The beautiful pool was the main reason I reserved the hotel since Melbourne was having a heat wave during our stay. So all the other features (helpful and friendly staff at check in, beautiful 2 room suite, soak tub, quiet rooms, etc.) were an unexpected bonus!

Location’s just great with a free tram stop nearby, everything is quite nice and clean enough (housekeeping every other day, I suppose)
Kitchen is ok, you really can cook something simple, not just microwave. Although that would be great to have some salt there (cause it’s not a thing you remember to buy when shopping for your late dinner)
