Brighton Hotel, hotel in North Lakes

Located in Brighton, 5.1 miles from Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brighton Hotel provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar.

For the price range I expected a space a lot smaller and unhygienic (I’m used to that here in Melbourne). Was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my stay!

What I liked the Most was getting the out of there The place had a Really bad smell as soon as you walk there was no Place to Park then on top of that. Therplease cockroaches that we even got a photo of. Which is funny cause they tried to tell us that the smell. That was in there was because they just had it pest controlled.

    This hotel is Lovely..

This hotel is Lovely.. Big rooms and Very Clean, Beds are comfy. Location for Restaurants and shops was Excellent.. We usually stay in their HOTEL ROOMS but this stay we needed to do an Apartment as they were booked out due to School Holidays.. Apartment was lobely but disappointed there wasnt a Tv in the Bedroom as its Winter and curling up to watch a good movie in a nice comfy bed would have been nice. For this reason only we will stay in their Hotel Rooms only in the future 😊

Good location, large room with couch, full size under counter fridge, modern bathroom with good shower and supplied wall hung products ( not those small sample size bottles). Wall hung TV is opposite the 2 seater couch, but doesn't swivel, so can't see it from the bed. Watch out for all the little lights that make the room impossible to be completely dark - standby lights, etc. The lake outside is a bonus. Will be staying again, but will take a flannel to put over the door number light for nightime!

The pool was a great size and offered enough seating arrangements for those who didn’t want to get wet. The BBQ poolside was clean. North Lakes Mall was a short walk away and so too was access to public transport. Lake Eden was a 10 minute walk away and seemed to always have a lot of wildlife on show (lizards, turtles, ducks and swans) before driving to Redcliffe Lagoon and having a look around at the local shops and large pier.

The location was perfect as it was close to where our daughter lives. Location on the lake was pleasant, and we took a pleasant walk around the lake. The breakfast was a La Carte, which was good, but it was only pasable. But good value. The TV stations were small, and the WiFi was bad. Bed very comfortable, and room size good. The soap dispenser in the shower and sink were impossible to use. Soap bars would be preferable. Diner was at a local Japanese restaurant which was good.
