The staff was super friendly, they took care that everything was clean and we had everything we need. Breakfast was okay, there were no Gluten Free options, perhaps if we asked in advanced it may had. At night, there is an all-you-can-eat buffet for a fair price. Also, the rooms had a balcony with a really nice view.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and made us feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel and even small things like the soap were better than in most other hotels. The location is also good since it's walking distance from the St. Margrethen train station in Switzerland and there is a bus stop right outside for going to Bregenz.

The room I stayed in was simple, maybe a bit dated in terms of interior design, but it was clean and comfortable, and not too expensive. The location is very close to the train station, which takes you to Bregenz/The Bodensee quickly.
