The host - Andy, was very nice and professional. We had booked the apartment within the hotel. However, when we arrived there it had bunk beds which was not suitable for us as we were 4 adults. The host was very kind and offered us the neighboring room at no cost. This was super helpful. We had planned a trip to Hallstatt, Traunsee etc and chose this place as everything else close to the touristy areas was booked out. The hotel also provided parking free of charge.
