Great stay for 1 night travelling through Austria with the kids. They enjoyed themselves a lot. Great staff. It's an all inclusive concept where you choose your dinner at check in or the day before. Food is fresh and healthy but personally we prefer a à la carte menu.

Although we only stopped there due to car trouble on our way to Venice, we quickly discovered that we had stumbled upon an extraordinary place that we would love to visit again.

An eclectic choice of rooms. In the end I settled for a room on the second floor at the back of the hotel, which turned out to be blissfully quiet, with none of the ambient noise you get from modern hotels. The bar and restaurant area was friendly and lively, very welcome after a week in relatively characterless establishments further east. The trout I ordered was delicious.
