The host is a very lovely lady, she even made us second coffee for breakfast :) The location of the hotel and the hotel itself, it is an old building with lots of old authentic furniture that gives the place the lovely vibe The room was warm and we needed the warm when we were escaping horrific wind situation so we were very happy with this place :)

The apartment was spacious, clean, with plenty of amenities. Moreover, since we stayed for about 5 days and decided to cook as well in the apartment, it was pretty handy that there were already in the selves small things like various kitchenware, salt, peper, sugar etc. The host was very kind, approachable and always willing to take a call if anything was needed from our end. Since we visited Mallnitz primarily for skiing, he had a lot of tips for the lifts, ski lessons, equipment renting as well as regarding best sites to check daily local weather. Overall it was a very enjoyable and memorable stay. Would definitely visit again!!
