Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!

The breakfast was amazing (better than many 5-star hotels) and the room not only exceeded our expectations for the price paid, it was big, pretty and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was not bad. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very close to the ski lifts.

Figo and his team are truly delightful. They made my family and me very comfortable. My daughter and nieces really enjoyed meeting Figo’s charming cat, Ferdinand. Friendly welcome in this cosy family-run hotel, felt right at home. Excellent food and friendly staff in the warm cosy atmosphere of the restaurant. Also enjoyed the wellness facilities and pool. Close to the skiing lift. Convenient shuttle to get there. Family was very helpful after a skiing accident last day and provided ice packs and helped with the doctor.
