The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice time and the stay in the cottage was definitely our favourite part of our trip to Finland. He even picked me up from Porvoo bus station when he learned I'm coming by public transport and drove me back there when leaving (the property is a bit outside of the town). This little old fairytale house is one of the coziest and most charming places I have ever stayed at. Besides having everything needed, it significantly added to the overall experience of my trip.
