Gästehaus Von Herzen is located in Lauenburg. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The room was very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the church steeple. Breakfast was delicious with fresh products. The staff was friendly and helpful. She handed us the key cards at arrival (additional to the option of using an app) and gave us information about guest cards for the island (checked at the entrance of some beaches), and additional facilities like a gym (we unfortunately couldn't use because our stay was not long enough).

It was fresh, new, quiet and the design of the room was well thought out. It was an easy walk from the train station and very centrally located for seeing the sights of the city. The breakfast was delicious and our hostess Karin happily accommodated our gluten free dietary needs. She went above and beyond to give us what we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to leave our bags at the property as we arrived early. Check in and check out procedures were easy.
