The property is perfect in every way, it’s like stepping into a completely different world. It creates a vibe that you live in the “spirited away” world. The location is super convenient, I walked to the old street in less than 10 minutes and you get to enjoy the quiet little town all by yourself before the tourists get in in the morning and after tourists leave at night. The host is super helpful when you need anything, you can also book day tours and massage to the room with the host. I’m extremely terrified of bugs, because this is in a forest and I was traveling by myself, that was a concern. But I didn’t encounter anything in my two nights of stay.

We deeply appreciated the tips and tricks to navigate the old streets and to get the best view of the area (we were quite lucky to experience jiufen with clear skies at sunset). Mr Fang also introduced us to his rabbits and a few resident cats, the whole experience was just superb!

Overall room was extremely relaxing with great view, agree with another reviewer who said that some of the best views are from the BnB so I didn't need to eat in town often - just brought food back and relaxed, read a book and enjoyed the views.
