Our room was so quiet and comfy and the shared toilet and shower was clean and spacious. The kitchen was so well stocked (spices, utensils, pans, etc). This guest house is better than the pictures! The views in and around the house are absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed having my coffee out on the front deck with an amazing view of the mountains. The owner was eager to help make us comfortable and offer suggestions on what to do in the area :) thank you!!

A 34 km de Rainbow Valley, Tophouse Historical Inn Bed and breakfast apresenta acomodações, restaurante, um jardim, um salão partilhado e um terraço. this property was nicely located out of the township high up on a hill with a view out over to some snow clad hills. the self contained unit was lovely and clean, well appointed and warm and comfortable. the hosts were warm and friendly. The unit had everything we needed for a cost and comfortable evening.

If we ever manage back to this part of New Zealand we will stay for longer.

Chalet Karaka was absolutely delightful - a hidden gem, tucked away in a beautiful, tranquil bushy setting with a small picturesque stream running at the bottom of the garden. The shower was fantastic - excellent pressure with a lovely glass side looking out onto the private garden and stream. The room was spacious and well appointed and the icing on the cake was the generous outdoor undercover living area/deck complete with a Weber for all your barbecue requirements. Ngairie, our host, was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

The glamping tent was awesome. Secluded spot, away from the rest of the accomodation. The view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
