Wisteria Way is a recently renovated guest house in Opononi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property is incredibly beautiful, flower gardens surround the cabins! The little cabins are very cute and have everything you need. WHile they don't have individual bathrooms, the bath building is very close by and provides a private bathroom for your use. The common kitchen building is open and bright and provides a really nice meeting place. Don't hesitate... book this one!

North Hideaway offers accommodation in Pukenui, less than 1 km from East Beach and 1.7 km from Houhora Bay. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. We wanted to visit Cape Reinga and discovered this perfect stay as we were searching for accommodations. The room was really clean (best tidiness and cleaning we had in New Zealand) and had everything we needed. A 5-minute drive away is the Tonui Lucid Cafe, which we recommend for breakfast; the view is beautiful and the food delicious. We arrived around 5 p.m. at the accommodation, had a wonderful chat with the hosts, and left our luggage there. We still made it to the grand dunes to surf a little in the sand. Afterwards, there was still time to check out Cape Reingas lighthouse in a marvellous sunset. After a good night's sleep, we went to eat breakfast at the Lucid Cafe, checked out the Gumdiggers Forest, and continued to the Maitai Beach (we absolutely recommend this beach!). So, the place has a perfect location.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Views to unwind - self contained unit w/king bed is set in Ruakaka. The views were beautiful and the unit itself was gorgeous. Nice big windows, super clean, and spacious. Great little kitchenette. Immaculate grounds. Even in proximity to the main house, it felt very private. My husband said it was the best self-contained booking he had ever stayed at for such a price (he was also comparing to AirBnBs)--and I would have to agree. It was in a great location for our next day of exploring too!

Taipa Views Bed & Breakfast is located in Taipa at Doubtless Bay Northland. It is close to Cable Bay and Mangonui. We arrived at our accommodation reasonably late, after a long drive after work. Janice gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly and explained where everything was that we needed. The place was extremely clean, warm and tidy and we had a great nights sleep in the comfortable bed. We so appreciated the complimentary breakfast, it was yum and just what we needed with an early start the next morning. Thanks so much, we would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views in a cozy, private building. Not far from the town center and from a few nice trails. Very quiet and comfortable.

Very close to the city and and still quiet in beautiful nature environment., the owner welcomed me very nicely and took time to explain the location.
