We enjoyed our one night stay in the family room. They have a la carte menu with western dishes. Food was great, kids enjoyed the pasta. Also the pool is very nice and well maintained. It's the best place we stayed so far in Sri Lanka. And it's close to the beach, Yala national Park and so. Good location, good atmosphere, very nice hosts and good food. Totally recommended! Will come back for sure! Thank you!

Very kind and helpful owners, GORGEOUS renovation, great breakfast. The pool is the perfect temperature and it felt kind of like a homestay. One of our favorite spots we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka so far. The villa is gorgeous and they have the best recommendations / can help you arrange anything you need. We got a tuktuk to Silent Beach which was heavily, and there’s a restaurant called Kokomos not even ten minutes walking that was truly excellent / had a great vibe. Highly recommend staying here — it’s a really special place.

I really loved the location in nature, the house was full of plants which made me feel like in a fairytale. The owner and his brother are just the kindest people ever. They were so helpful and nice, they even picked me up and dropped me at the bus stop.

It was by far the best accommodation on our entire trip to Sri Lanka. The room, bathroom and balcony were huge and super clean. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. It is very nice and quiet. The safari was super organized with breakfast and drinks. But the best thing about the accommodation is definitely Mithila we have rarely met such a kind and gorgeous person. She really organizes everything and has an open ear for all our wishes. Takes care of the food order, safari, enough water and even the laundry. We had a lot of problems with our arrival due to New Year and she supported us the whole time. Many thanks again to you! We had such a great time with you ♥️

Thank you Chami and Dalu for another wonderful time (3rd time) at your place! We will for sure come back again a fourth time!! It is not possible to describe how special this place is and we highly recommend everyone to come here and experience it yourself. Heaven in Satinwoods is our favorite place in Sri Lanka and also the food here is just the best that you can get. So if you come to this place, you should definitely try the rice and curry. From the first second we arrived at this place, we felt like staying in paradise. We were welcomed with a fresh juice, some wet towels to refresh our faces and a flower necklace. The rooms are very spacious, there is an A/C in every apartment and it is very clean. Also you have drinking water in the room, so you don’t need to buy water. You can just bring empty water bottles and reuse them, which is really great. Also this place has a wonderful garden with many beautiful trees, plants and flowers and you can watch many different animals like giant squirrels and really beautiful birds! Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Ubytovanie Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari sa nachádza v destinácii Tissamaharama 2,5 km od miesta Tissa Wewa a hostia tu majú k dispozícii záhradu, bezplatné súkromné parkovisko a spoločenskú... The guesthouse was very clean and the room had the air conditioner. The owner was incredibly nice with us, when we arrived it was very hot and he gave us a delicious king coconut to drink. He brang us to have a bird watching at the evening in a beautiful area and he arranged for us the safari in Yala the next day. I highly recommend this place!

Set in Tangalle within 15 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 6 km of Tangalle Lagoon, Turtle Watch Cabana provides rooms with free WiFi. Absolutely fabulous place very rustic,as I remember Sri Lanka would I stay here again 💋 definitely!!
