Tucked away in tranquil countryside, Church Farm Lodge offers 4-star luxury accommodation in 3 large, converted barns. There is free Wi-Fi and ample parking. I absolutely loved my stay- the family are so friendly, taking time to chat & show interest in my journey, stay & family who I was visiting. The farm is lovely , the service ( nothing is too much trouble), the comfort and the breakfast is outstanding.

Sometimes you see photos, then the place is much smaller- this was the opposite! Beautifully decorated; lots of nice touches; great breakfast, coffee,tea. Super clean and lovely quiet area. Very helpful and friendly host. All excellent.

Attention to detail, with there being a fridge in the room which was stocked with fresh milk, wine, beer etc. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The owners were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble.

Beautiful property and extremely comfortable, we were a party of 4 and stayed in the coach house which was lovely and private. Katie was very welcoming and helpful.

Stunning property and very well presented. Excellent hand painted headboard, very impressive. The Red Lion across the road with a lovely village ambiance and the George about 10 minutes walk with excellent food. We will definitely look to stay here again when passing the the UK.

Set in Daventry, Catesby Barn Farm B&B features a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available. The lady owning the B&B was wonderful and the breakfast was very good. Complimentary water was appreciated, as well.

Lovely double bedroom with a massive bathroom all to be used by myself. Amanda is really pleasant, helpful when you need her but not in your face. The house is located right opposite the Racecourse Park with Shops and Pubs close by. It felt like a home from home. Most certainly will return when in Northampton again.
