Our stay there was on our first night in Scotland, after a very long day of travel. They warmly met us as we got out of the car, which was such a nice welcome! Small things like that are so nice! And once you try Louise's baked goods, you will not want to leave:) ... Over the top breakfast! Truly the perfect hosts, in a magical setting (with lots of chatting sheep!).

Situated in Dufftown, in a historic building, 22 km from Huntly Castle, Abbeyfield B&B is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. The whole experience with Kira and Tom was great - a fantastic place for our family (6 adults) to stay and share the lounge room and cook a BBQ and just chill out together - had we known it was so good we would have stayed longer

Situated in Elgin and only 600 metres from Elgin Cathedral, The Pines Guest House features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is easy to get to, beautiful on the in and outside. A traditional home with a modern twist. The hosts are kind and helpful. Our room while being super aesthetic, was very comfy (we could hardly get out of bed :)) Breakfast was tasty and generous with plenty of options. All in all 10/10.

Offering a garden and garden view, Room on the River is situated in Cruden Bay, 17 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club and 37 km from Hilton Community Centre. 11 out of 10 - new and beautiful, with the host making everything feel luxurious. Massive bathtub and comfy bed. The breakfast was all pre-setup in the mini-fridge so we could do what we wanted when we were ready. We felt bad that we ended up being late due to weather and Gillian was so accommodating - meeting us out front in the rain!

Featuring garden views, Silverstripe offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 28 km from Huntly Castle. Boasting bicycle parking, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. A lovely place in a charming little location, just 10 min drive from the next town with a couple of nice restaurants. Accommodation is a little appartment inside a detached cottage, completely new and fresh, with a view on the surrounding countryside. Room peaceful, with a bed of great quality. Would have liked to stay a bit more and visit the area. The hosts are very kind and make sure the stay is enjoyable. A place to be recommended.

Situated within 8 km of Cardhu Whisky Distillery in Aberlour, Bankhouse B&B provides accommodation with a flat-screen TV. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Everything was just wonderful. A very clean and cosy bedroom, amazing hosts (thank you Eileen and Jim for the nice chat) and a splendid breakfast. When I come back (what I intend to do), I'll stay there!

Crawfield Grange, a property with a garden, a tennis court and a terrace, is located in Stonehaven, 23 km from Beach Ballroom, 22 km from Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museum, as well as 22 km from Aberdeen... everything was amazing, the room was super clean and warm, the bathroom beautiful with a shower and also a bathtub the lady was very kind, she asked what we wanted for breakfast and she made us the typical scottish breakfast, it was very good i wish i stayed there more.

Situated in Mintlaw and only 48 km from Beach Ballroom, Aden House Bed And Breakfast features accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very personalised care and attention to detail.Breakfast was always fit for a King!Was also given a present for my birthday during my stay which was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend staying here!

Located in Ballater, within 17 km of Balmoral Castle and 46 km of CairnGorm National Park, St Andrews House provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for... Our second floor room was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and elegant with a nice southern views of some of the beautiful homes in the area and hills in the distance. Natali and Tony were great hosts with much information to share about Ballater. Great walks and hikes right out of the front door. I especially liked the hike to the summit above Ballater called Craigendarroch. The “outside” pic is from the summit of this hike. The walk along the River Dee is quite enjoyable also. Fantastic breakfast! Natali shines in this regard in spite of me seeing Tony wearing an apron one morning. 😁 The “lobby” picture is one of the dining room tables set for breakfast. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Bogenraith House in Banchory provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a terrace. This guest house features free private parking and free shuttle service. Beautiful room and perfect hospitality. Great location and nature. Breakfast is fabulous. Best value for your money! Highly recommended.
