Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a loving staff..We received fresh juice and the staff immediately took care of us. We immediately noticed that the hotel has put a lot of money into the interior design and everything else down to the last detail. The staff are very friendly and you can choose what you want for breakfast, which is served in your room or on the top floor with a fantastic view of the pyramids. It feels like being at home and it is very clean.

The hosts were always nice and welcoming. We just cannot thank you them enough for all the beautiful memories in Cairo. We highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to experience the best day of your life.

From the time of booking they were quick to respond to our messages. They arranged for airport pickup. Their breakfast was delicious, and we sat every morning looking at the pyramids. They supplied unlimited tea and water at no cost. The room was clean and comfortable. Mustafa at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations on the best places to eat, how to get around and the sights we couldn’t miss. He was always available to answer questions. The entire staff made us feel at home.

My wife and I have been traveling the world for a couple months now and the family that run this hotel have to be the most incredible hosts we’ve ever had. Egypt can be a little chaotic, so having them take care of us from start to finish was absolutely incredible. You’re not just staying at a hotel that overlooks the pyramids, you are becoming a part of their family. Besides from the incredible tours and drivers that they set up for us, our favorite memories were hanging out on top of the rooftop terrace getting to know everyone. Over the course of the 6 days we were there we became family. I will never forget our time in Egypt and it is because of the amazing staff at Crystal Pyramid Inn. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. Do not hesitate to book, it will be one of the best stays you’ve ever had.

They took very good care of us and were always here to help with anything. They even invited us to a NYE party that was amazing. The room was clean, with pyramids view and hot water. The balcony is nice and they serve breakfast there. They even made us food when we arrived late on our first day

She makes it worth staying here. She helped us so much and so graciously when my sister got sick. She's thoughtful and kind and does her best. We really appreciated her. The wifi here was good and the location was great. It was an easy walk to the pyramids, but you're not in the hubbub and noise of that area. It's also an easy place to get picked up by Uber to get into Cairo or elsewhere. The twin beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location, just a five-minute walk from the entrance to the pyramids complex. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The AC and WiFi worked well, except for when there was a power cut (around 10 pm for a few hours both nights we stayed there). Mohammed is very helpful and friendly. He arranged a pick up from the airport for us (paid), and even a free drop off to our next hotel in Cairo. The breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. One night we dined at a fancy rooftop restaurant overlooking the pyramids and Mohammed got us a 10% discount on the bill. I highly recommend this guest house if you're planning to stay for a couple of days near the pyramids. Oh, and the view of the Khufu Pyramid from the terrace where the rooms are located is sublime.

The room is spacious and clean, it is very well located (with incredible views of the pyramids) and the area is safe, with restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff cares to provide you with everything you need: water, an incredible breakfast, detailed information and even tour guides. I can't do anything but recommend this hotel!
