Staff was so friendly, room was really good. Great for a couple. Breakfast was also very good. There was mostly tables for two. I would assume it's good for lgbtq+ couples too. Quiet area so you don't have to hear noise from the streets. Really great place for quite cheap considering what you get!

Offering free WiFi and city views, Merveilleux provides accommodation situated in Ghent, just 200 metres from St. Nicholas' Church. Our three nights here were perfect. The property was beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location in the historic centre of Ghent was perfect, lots of restaurants to choose from, tram stop is very close to the property but not too far to walk into the commercial centre or railway station. The cafe below the apartment, Mervilleux de Fred was lovely.

Featuring a garden, a terrace and free WiFi, “De Koelemert” is a recently renovated bed and breakfast 27 km from King Baudouin Stadium and 28 km from Brussels Expo. Breakfast was very nice. It was very quiet and clean. The host was very friendly. He showed us the way to the city centre and drove in front of us to show us the way to the parking garage. Very nice of him!!!

Situated within 1.6 km of Sint-Pietersstation Gent and 42 km of Boudewijn Seapark, B&B Maaltebrug provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ghent. Absolutely great! Petra was so kind and helpful! The room was super nice and completely new! The breakfast was delicious, prepared with love. The tram station on the other side of the road is perfect to travel to the city center of Gent. We enjoyed our two days there!

B&B De Tiendeschuur is set in Evergem, 12 km from Sint-Pietersstation Gent, 38 km from Damme Golf, as well as 48 km from Boudewijn Seapark. The owners have got everything spot on in setting up this purpose-built B&B. Communication of details prior to arrival was excellent. We arrived late in the evening in the dark and rain, but pulling into the tastefully lit and very neat driveway / parking area gave an immediate sense of relaxation. Entry to both the gated drive and apartment was by keypad, so all very straightforward despite the late hour. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with every single aspect so well designed and carefully thought through. Efficient air conditioning, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, impressively well-equipped kitchen (hob, double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, all the crockery and utensils you could need for extended self-catering), and copious cupboard space throughout. It has its own patio area with a pleasant view. The location is peaceful. Ghent itself is readily accessible, but for me the rural area to the north was more of an attraction. Quiet, flat roads in pristine condition made for a very enjoyable early morning run. We were there for only a weekend, but I would have happily stayed much longer.

Set in Lievegem, in a historic building, 14 km from Sint-Pietersstation Gent, B&B Maison Lize is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and bar. Very friendly welcome. Very nice rooms. Warm, clean, and a lot of space. The sauna was really welcome. Perfect breakfast. A nice escape close to Gent.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated MAISON KITOKO provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. The rooms had great functionality and we liked the design. The location was quiet and had local charm. Notable was the quality of fittings and style. It’s different and we enjoyed it. The communal area was a spacious bonus for us as two couples.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hosts (Denis and Dirk) are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet offers for any taste and freshly cooked eggs and Crêpes are delicately served and all in a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Tip: Make sure you book for the exciting and romantic hot tub experience.
