The hosts, Ivan and Sophia were so helpful in helping us settle in and making sure that we were able to accomplish our goal to learn more about my ancestors from the village. Ivan was helpful in getting us a reservation at a local restaurant for dinner. The dinner was exceptional. We so enjoyed our very brief stay.

Our family of four stayed comfortably in the two downstairs rooms, and another family member stayed in a smaller room upstairs (each area had its own bathroom). The stay was really enjoyable in all ways. Angelo was really, really great at suggesting places to see and things to do in the whole region of Molise. He was always so helpful and responsive! The breakfast was always right on time (our requested time) and served by Angelo each day in the dining area. He stays right there and makes more coffee or whatever is needed, always offering additional food or beverage. For the facilities, everything is in beautiful condition, but still I say this is perhaps the cleanest place I have ever stayed, and I have stayed in many places in different parts of the world. Many thanks to Angelo for his many kindnesses and for running such a fine establishment. Everything just runs smoothly at Nel verde di Caranci.
