We only stayed one night as we were travelling between Ucluelet and Victoria but would happily have stayed for longer. Very comfortable, had an excellent night's sleep. Exactly what we were looking for. A nice, clean, comfortable room located near downtown and the harbor for a reasonable price with parking. A few semi-related tips. Neck Point Park is about 15-20 mins away with incredible views of the ocean and potential to spot marine life (we just missed a pod of orcas). Also the Save on Food in the Nanaimo suburb was the best grocery store we visited in the island/Vancouver/Calgary if you are cooking your own meals.

Our family of four enjoyed a weekend at the lake. swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, hot tub were all wonderful. Staff were responsive to our questions and even helped to send s book we left there!
