Booked this last minute as a weekend getaway after our marriage. Only found out it was linked with a very fancy restaurant when we arrived. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the chance to eat the menu of the restaurant in our room, as the restaurant was of course fully booked. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The rooms are very clean and look brand new.

Nature - Really stunning big garden, perfect for kids to roam around in! The surrounding suberbs with stately homes are very calm and beautiful for wandering too... despite being near main routes to Brussels centre, its so peaceful... Hospitality - The check-in/out arrangements were all smooth; great commmunication in English; the breakfast was perfectly continental and abundant, with all the homely touches I really like...like antique flemish pottery, silver cuttlery and homemade jams... there are lovely furnishings too...oil paintings and antiques, its a very special home! Venue - Its got great spaces to have summer evening events ...

I liked the energy of the house, and the owners, bit old and simple accomodation, not the modern, artificially ventilated rooms. It’s like a home, but with your own privacy. It’s really the old style B&B, in the house with the owners, who do their without interfering. On occasional interesting talk is also possible.

The flat was spacious, light, clean, had its own entrance, good WIFI, and parking for two cars.It was comfortable, warm and had all the necessary amenities to make for a very enjoyable stay. The hosts were welcoming, very responsive, generous, helpful, yet respectful of our space.There was a lovely continental breakfast, with choice of coffee/tea, yogurt, fruit, homemade jam, baked goods, and cheese for a small add on fee.The hosts very kindly set the breakfast table with our selected breakfast choice each morning. The delicious bread and baked goods were bought fresh every morning. We appreciated having this option. Thank you so much. We loved our stay and hope to return.
